Locum Childcare Lawyer

£50-55 per hour

Our client is looking for an experienced childcare lawyer to join them for an initial period of 3-6 months, with the potential for extension.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a full and varied caseload of child protection matters and preparing for hearings and conducting advocacy.

The role also entails advising clients on child protection, care proceedings, special guardianship, private law proceedings, fostering legislation and adoption law

This role offers fulltime hours and hybrid working, with weekly court or office attendance required.
