JOB TITLE: Trusts Solicitor (Private Client)
PQE: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: £DOE

THE ROLE:
Highly regarded team covers the broad range of administration of trusts and they are looking for a Solicitor to join the team and work with the loyal and longstanding client base. Working closely with tax and trusts team as well as the private client lawyers, the appointed Trusts Solicitor will be administering a portfolio of trusts, drafting documents in regards to the winding up of trusts, appointment of Trustees, preparing inheritance tax forms as well as undertaking the day-today administration of the trusts.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 5 years PQE and ideally be STEP qualified. The successful Solicitor will have experience of administering Trusts, dealing with Personal Tax returns, preparing trust accounts and tax returns as well as experience of dealing with trustees, beneficiaries. Ideal Trusts Solicitors will have experience of mentoring and developing junior team members. You will also possess a willingness to business develop and further enhance the profile of the firm and team further.
