TRUST LITIGATION LAWYER

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced trust litigator to join a leading firm in one of the world’s premier locations for private wealth work. You will be part of a small team with a thriving practice, that wins plaudits for the calibre of work it does, and for its outstanding client service. It will be a varied role with trust disputes at its core but with potential involvement in more general commercial litigation and in matrimonial matters (particularly in a trust context).

You will be part of an ambitious and driven team that is at the same time collegiate and friendly in its approach. Once established, you will be leading on your own matters and helping to supervise and mentor more junior colleagues, making this ideal for someone who is keen to build their experience and develop their career.

Process

Interviews will take place by videoconference with start dates typically around 4-6 months later (depending on your notice period). Our clients provide comprehensive assistance with visas and relocation.

Requirements

It is expected that the role will suit someone with around 5-8 years’ relevant experience, but all candidates with the requisite skills will be considered. You will be technically strong with superb communication skills and a desire to contribute to practice development and client management efforts. Commonwealth qualifications and a minimum of 3 years’ PQE are required for work permit purposes.
