£45,000 - £80,000
QED Legal are keen to speak with Private Client Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executive regarding a role we have for a well-respected and recognised law firm in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience within private client, be capable of managing a mixed & varied caseload, work with minimal supervision, and ideally have obtained or working towards a STEP / SFE qualification.
The department is specialist on advising the below:
- Wills and inheritance disputes
- Declaration of Trusts
- Deeds of Variation
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Writing and Reviewing Your Wills
- Inheritance Tax Planning
