QED Legal are keen to speak with a Commercial Property Solicitors or Solicitor with specialism in Real Estate, regarding a role we have for a well-respected and recognised law firm in Hertford, Herts.
This firm is seeking 2 solicitors - one to be circa 2-4 years, and the second to be 5+ years PQE. The ideal candidate will have experience within commercial property, be capable of managing a mixed & varied real estate caseload.
The successful department you will join which is a medium commercial property team & have good quality and a variety of work.
The department is specialist on advising the below:
- Buying and Selling Property
- Property Development
- Sales & Purchase
- Commercial Landlord & Tenant
