Commercial law firm in Cambridge is looking to recruit two Commercial lawyers – one of 0 to 2 and the other of 3 or more years’ PQE. You will be advising clients on a variety of commercial matters including: business acquisitions and disposals; commercial agreements & joint ventures; shareholder and partnership agreements; intellectual property; and general commercial advice and company law issues. If you are already qualified you will currently specialise in Commercial law or a mix of Corporate and Commercial law. Newly-qualified candidates will have undertaken a non-contentious Corporate or Commercial seat.
