Commercial Property lawyer 3+ years’ PQE LANCASHIRE

Well-regarded law firm in Lancashire is looking to recruit a Commercial Property lawyer of 3 or more years’ PQE. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and will be able to manage a broad and complex commercial property-based caseload. They will be focused on providing a personal, high-quality service to their established client base and be an excellent team player. The varied caseload will involve dealing with a wide range of commercial property work including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, refinances, option and promotion development agreements and other complex property transactions. The position will suit an established fee earner requiring minimal supervision and who is looking to spread their wings and develop their career. The role will be predominantly based at our client’s office although some flexible home working is also available. The firm prides itself on providing an excellent service to their clients and the warm and friendly way in which they interact with clients, intermediaries and each other.
