An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled In-house Real Estate Solicitor to join a leading Technology & Telecoms firm in London. This role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in legal matters related to real estate.

As part of their continued growth they are looking for a qualified Solicitor to join the team in Bradford.

Description

As In-house Real Estate Solicitor, you'd be:

• Dealing with lease renewals, licences to alter, assignments, and other ad hoc real estate matters and key projects
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documents and agreements with precision and attention to detail
• Conducting due diligence checks and preparing comprehensive reports in line with the our client's Real Estate Manual
• Attending meetings with key stakeholders and third parties
• Supporting junior colleagues by way of providing feedback and training
• Staying abreast of industry developments, legal updates, and best practices
• Building and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication
• Participating in business development efforts, including client presentations, marketing and networking opportunities

Profile

A successful In-house Real Estate Solicitor should have a few years' PQE and experience with telecoms.
