About the Role:
Join a thriving legal 500 firm based in Cambridgeshire as a Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive, focusing on providing high-quality legal services to individual clients. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive team environment and to handle a diverse range of private client matters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of private client matters including wills, trusts, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate planning and court of protection
- Provide expert legal advice and assistance to individual clients.
- Draft and review legal documents accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues in a professional manner.
- Participate in business development activities to contribute to the growth of the private client department.
Criteria:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years of PQE in private client law.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in handling a variety of private client matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
