Are you an Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor looking to advance your career with a leading law firm? This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-respected team in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling both contentious and non-contentious transactional restructuring and insolvency matters.
- Advising on restructuring strategies, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in court.
- Collaborating with financial advisors and regulatory authorities to deliver bespoke solutions tailored to client needs.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members (if applicable).
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3-8 Years PQE gained at a leading law firm.
- Strong expertise in restructuring and insolvency law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to offer exceptional client care.
- Experience supervising more junior members is advantageous.
