Description

As a Commercial IP Associate you will;

• Providing expert advice on a range of IP matters such as trademarks, patents, and copyrights
• Representing clients in contentious and non-contentious IP matters
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IP agreements
• Conducting due diligence for IP aspects of mergers and acquisitions
• Developing strategies to protect clients' IP rights
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in IP law and industry trends
• Participating in business development activities
• Mentoring junior team members

Profile

A successful Commercial IP Associate should have/be:

• England & Wales qualified Solicitor
• Comprehensive knowledge of IP law
• Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
