Personal Injury Solicitor (Claimant)
Salary Range: £46,000 - £52,000
Experience Required: 1-3 PQE

I’m currently working with a highly regarded Top 100 law firm who have a rare opportunity for a Junior Solicitor (1-3 PQE) to join their Serious Injury team in their Northampton office.
 
The Role
As a key member of the Serious Injury team, you’ll gain exposure to high-quality claimant personal injury cases, managing a diverse caseload and working closely with experienced partners. You’ll also contribute to the wider national serious injury team, collaborating with top legal advisers to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives. The firm has confirmed that they are ideally looking for more junior staff with enthusiasm and dynamism—individuals who can grow into future team leaders.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a personal injury caseload with claims valued up to £100,000
• Handle litigated cases within the intermediate track
• Conduct advocacy, including applications, directions hearings, case management, and infant approval hearings
• Communicate confidently with clients, insurers, solicitors, counsel, and experts

 
The Candidate

• Qualified Personal Injury Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
• Experience in claimant personal injury preferred, but candidates with defendant experience will also be considered
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: £46,000 - £52,000 based on PQE and experience
