Commercial Property Solicitor / Associate – 1-3 years PQE - Surrey

We are seeking an Associate to join a leading Real Estate department. You will become part of a friendly, collaborative team recognized for its expertise in the field.

The Real Estate team features several partners and a strong group of lawyers, known for being one of the top practices in the Southeast, outside of London. They have received commendations from leading independent legal directories. The department offers PSL and paralegal support, along with access to valuable online resources.

This team handles a diverse range of real estate work, including property litigation, construction, and environmental issues. Key areas of expertise include:

• Development
• Investment
• Corporate occupiers (retail, office, industrial)
• Banking

Clients range from mid-tier businesses to major international groups and high-net-worth private clients.

Qualifications and Experience

Ideal candidates will be strong team players with excellent interpersonal skills, solid academic backgrounds, and quality experience—typically from a major City or leading national/regional practice.

Successful applicants can expect to work closely with various partners in small teams and sometimes larger groups, while also managing cases with minimal supervision.
