As a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining the firm's corporate knowledge base especially supporting on listed company work.
• Leading training initiatives for the firm's corporate finance department.
• Contributing to business development efforts in line with firm's strategies.
• Staying informed of current public corporate legal trends and developments especially listed rules and company laws.

Profile

A successful Corporate Knowledge Lawyer should have:

• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Knowledge of and experience in Listed Company, Public Corporate and ECM transactions.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
