Business Development Manager role in a modern international law firm. Aligned to Corporate with client management opportunities. London / Hybrid working. Competitive salary.
This modern and popular international law firm has a great presence in areas like tech, life sciences, health care and FS. These areas have been incredibly busy these last few years, which has led to large growth for their corporate team. They are now looking for a BD Manager to join, leading on their Private Equity group BD , as well as supporting on wider corporate areas.
The role will be supported by and line manage a Senior BD Executive. As there is also a dedicated Bid Manager who supports the Corporate group, allowing this role to work strategically.
The BD Manager will support with:
- Implementation of business plans Strategic relationships Client targeting Client and market analysis Thought leadership campaigns Support new business development activity Insight led communications Networking events
There are plenty of interesting projects to get involved in as well, including:
- A new international M&A brand project, which is a strategic priority for the board Launching a new Venture Capital tool, targeting series A start ups Growth of a number of clients in the investment programme
The role will suit a legal BD professional, ideally with exposure to working with a corporate practice. The role will be very Partner facing and candidates must be confident and knowledgeable.
