Family Law Solicitor
A well-established Legal 500 law firm with offices across Essex is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join its highly respected team. The firm offers flexible working options and excellent progression opportunities.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will manage family law matters both independently and as part of a team, build client relationships, and contribute to business development. The role involves achieving financial targets, maintaining compliance, and staying current with legal knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of family law matters
- Develop and maintain client and third-party relationships
- Collaborate with other departments on joint projects
- Meet financial and billable hour targets
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulations
- Support business growth and department development
Requirements
- Law degree and LPC or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 10 years’ PQE in family law
- Strong client relationship and business development skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; case management experience desirable
