The Role

• Handle a variety of residential property transactions
• Have the opportunity to work on high-profile residential property matters
• Your work will include freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity, help to buy plot sales and shared ownership matters

What Are We Looking For?

• Ideally a qualified solicitor or legal executive
• At least 1 year’s residential conveyancing experience
• Someone with the right character and a clear plan for their own professional growth
• A commitment to contributing positively to the firm’s collaborative team culture
• An understanding of the importance of long-term growth and relationship building
• Solicitors from other areas of law looking to retrain into residential property law should get in touch
