Are you a Conveyancing Legal Secretary or Assistant looking for the next step in your career at a firm known for its conveyancing and high quality of work?

My client is an ever-expanding national law firm with many offices throughout the Midlands and Warwickshire. It is currently looking for a Post Completion Conveyancing Legal Assistant to joint its close-knit team.

The Role

  • You will be assisting fee earners on all matters relating to the post completion element of the conveyancing process
  • You will be completing legal documents and applications such as SLDT forms and AP1s, and land registry searches
  • You will be managing files on behalf of fee earners and closing them upon completion

You

  • You will have had experience working within a conveyancing team at a private practice UK law firm
  • You will have some exposure in the post completion process and have a desire to progress within conveyancing
  • You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
