Personal Injury File Handler - Legal 500 - High Value Injury Work

Are you a personal injury file handler looking for a fresh start in the New Year?

QED Legal is working with a highly regarded Legal 500 practice in Greater Manchester. Specialist in defendant insurance, we are now expanding the personal injury team.

Joining as a file handler, you are responsible for a litigated caseload of personal injury cases. These cases range from fast track to multi track up to £150,000 in value per case. However, you may have exposure to multimillion pound value cases and assisting on high value cases.

The caseload is predominantly EL/PL cases, fully litigated and multi-track value. You will collect evidence, draft witness statements and collect evidence to support cases.

The Role

• Handle a caseload of EL/PL cases from inception to settlement
• Handle a litigated caseload of personal injury cases
• Handle cases valuing to multi track, up to £150,000 in value
• Assist on multimillion pound cases and high value injury work
• Collect evidence, witness statements and court hearings

This is a fantastic opportunity to enter a Legal 500 law firm. Specialist in defendant insurance and based across the UK, you will liaise with national reputable insurance companies as your client base.
