For this role, we are looking for a housing disrepair file handler to join the Manchester office.
The ideal candidate must have experience as a file handler, ability to run a caseload and an understanding of housing disrepair matters.

The Role
- Handle a caseload of housing disrepair claims
- Landlord to tenant disputes
- Handle litigated, complex disrepair cases
- Collect evidence, witness statements and court hearings
- Referring to Landlord and Tenant Act 1985
