Corporate Solicitor – City Firm with an International Presence

The Firm

Our client is a city firm with a thriving international practice. It is a full service law firm undergoing an exciting period of growth, with plans to expand throughout 2025. Solicitors at the firm come from a diverse background – whether they have worked in city or global firms, they all share the same passion for law.

The Role

As part of the Corporate team, you will:

• Work with a diverse client base of businesses from large enterprises to SMEs and startups
• Provide expert advice on both contentious and non-contentious corporate matters, including transactional and contractual issues, disputes and company law
• Leverage the firm’s international reach to support clients operating across the UK, Europe, Asia, Turkey and beyond

About You

• You should have a strong background in corporate commercial law with substantial post qualification experience
• You will be confident in independently handling files, with access to partner support when needed
• You should possess leadership skills and have experience in supervision
• A small following of work is advantageous but not a necessity
