Description

The Real Estate Solicitor will get involved in a range of responsibilities including;

• Acting for corporate clients across a range of sectors including retail, logistics and FS clients.
• Dealing with a range of work including L & T, development and investment work.
• Acting for lenders and dealing with high value acquisitions and disposals
• Supporting senior team members on larger transactions.
• Contribute to business development and marketing activities.

Profile

The successful Real Estate Solicitor should have:

• Qualified in Real Estate and likely to be between 0-3 years PQE
• Strong academics
• Ties to Leeds
• An interest to work for a growing international law firm
• Strong communication and client management abilities
• The ability to work efficiently in a team

Job Offer
