A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Patent Litigation Senior Associate to join its highly regarded intellectual property team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with at least seven years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in patent litigation, offering the opportunity to take on challenging, high-value disputes and work with a prestigious client base across innovative industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on complex patent disputes, including litigation strategy, enforcement and defence
• Leading cases involving multi-jurisdictional elements and working closely with international counsel
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional development
• Driving business development efforts to expand the practice and enhance client relationships

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years PQE in patent litigation, ideally gained within a leading law firm or equivalent in-house role
• A Stem Degree would be advantageous
• Strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing high-value cases
• A client-focused approach, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service
