THE ROLE
An opportunity for a diligent and self starting lawyer looking to join the Commercial Litigation team to deal with cases significant size and complexity.
You will have experience of a junior or mid level management role and a developed understanding of all aspects of commercial litigation.
Able to manage a small team, your caseload may include director and shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, arbitration proceedings, complex contractual disputes, tortious claims, professional negligence and injunctive proceedings, in particular freezing injunctions. Candidates with tax disputes experience would be of interest.
THE CANDIDATE
A commercial litigation solicitor 5pqe+ you will have a wide range of litigation experience ideally client facing.
While a following is not essential, you are likely to have strong clients contacts and be willing to develop business as part of your role within this collegial team
