Sellick Partnership is seeking an experienced Employment Partner to join a firm ASAP in Manchester on a FTC basis. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on complex employment law matters, advise high-profile clients, and manage a team of talented professionals.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage employment law cases
  • Advise clients on complex employment issues
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Manage and mentor a team, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Provide expert guidance on employment disputes, policy development, and compliance


About You:

  • Qualified solicitor with significant experience in employment law
  • Strong leadership and client management skills
  • Experience in business development and growing client relationships
