This highly regarded Kent firm who are mentioned in Chambers and ranked by Legal 500 have asked us to find them a further Commercial Property Solicitor to join their thriving team at their West Kent offices.
About the Role
Joining a highly successful team, they are looking for a 1-2 PQE Solicitor with previous experience of managing a range of typical commercial property transactions, dealing with a variety of quality work including freehold/leasehold acquisitions and sales, new leases, lease renewals, variations, assignments and surrenders, S.146 Notices.
Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a competent individual with a solid background in commercial matters, gained from a City or similar sized practice. You will need to be diligent with attention to detail, organised and able to use initiative.
