Description

The Employment Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;

• Dealing with high value contentious and non-contentious Employment matters.
• Supporting Partners on work including complex claims, grievances, union issues and structural workplace changes.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on developments in employment law
• Take an active role in marketing and business development.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business and legal needs

Profile

The successful Employment Solicitor should have:

• A track record in respondent Employment law
• Likely to have around 2-5 years PQE
• Ties to Leeds
• Strong academics
• Proven experience in employment law gained from a commercial law firm.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• A client-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships

Job Offer

• A competitive salary in the range of £68,000 to £78,000
