This is an opportunity to work within a leading Banking & Finance team. The team would consider candidates from newly-qualified upwards.
The team typically work on both national and international work including:
- acquisition finance
- leveraged finance
- securitisation
- ABL
- real estate finance
The team has lots of big bank clients, as well as acting for independent funders.
The firm operates a hybrid working policy and has competitive pay and benefits.

Profile
It's likely that you are a qualified or soon-to-be-qualified solicitor with experience in Banking & Finance matters. Our client will consider candidates with a range of PQE.
If your experience is more weighted to Corporate and M&A but you have a genuine interest in Banking work and specialising in this area, then the team would be happy to consider your application.
