What will you do?
- Assist private client fee earners on a daily basis
- Have lots of client contact both face to face and over the phone
- Assist on a broad private client caseload to include:
- Elderly client services
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Basic Court of Protection work
- Estate Planning and Wills (including Inheritance Tax mitigation & Trusts)
- Build your experience up to eventually having your own caseload
What will you need?
- At least 1 year’s experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within a law firm
- Private Client experience
- A willingness to get stuck in and a positive attitude
