Corporate Senior Associate (7+ years)
Looking for your next opportunity? A leading Corporate Team in Scotland is seeking a commercially focused Senior Associate for its Glasgow office.
The Role
You’ll work on a variety of exciting projects, including M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Equity Capital Markets transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting key legal documents and providing practical advice
- Building strong client relationships and supporting business development
- Managing and mentoring junior team members
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- 7+ years' PQE, ideally in corporate law
- Excellent drafting, organisational and communication skills
- A collaborative approach and the ability to manage complex transactions
