Law Costs Draftsperson – Remote – Up to £40,000
An established and well-respected firm specialising in personal injury and litigation is seeking an experienced Law Costs Draftsperson to join its dedicated in-house costs team.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive costing services to the firm
- Collaborate with fee earners on Bills of Costs, Points of Dispute and Points of Reply
- Handle negotiations and assessment proceedings
- Prepare detailed statements of costs and costs budgets
- While counsel is typically instructed, advocacy opportunities are available for those with relevant experience
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Law Costs Draftsperson
- Proven ability to manage a personal caseload independently
- Experience within personal injury or clinical negligence costs
- Proficiency with CostsMaster software is essential
