Corporate/Commercial Paralegal
I am working with a well established law firm looking for an experienced paralegal to join their Corporate/Commercial team. This is a exciting opportunity to be part of a growing firm offering long term career progression.
This role includes - Reviewing and drafting corporate documents & contacts, conducting corporate legal research, conducting buyer and seller due diligence and preparing completion statements.
My client is looking for someone with a minimum of 12months experience working within a corporate department and someone with the ability to manage various demands. You will have strong communication skills and be looking for a long term position with great career prospects.
