One of Scotland's fastest growing firms is expanding its Commercial Real Estate offering in Aberdeen by recruiting a Solicitor with between 1 and 3 Years' PQE to join its team.
This team has a very varied client base ranging from investors to lenders, HNWs, family offices and utility providers across Scotland, which provides a wealth of experience to its Solicitors.
If successful, your role will be very client focused, from taking initial instruction to maintaining regular contact, while also drafting relevant legal documentation, title examination and reporting, as well as dealing with LBTT and registration.
This team is looking for applicants who have previous experience in Commercial Property/Real Estate and can display a track record of strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
