Associate Family Solicitor
An Associate Family Solicitor is required to join a reputable, award-winning Top 200 UK Law Firm based in Cambridge on a full-time permanent basis.
This is an opportunity for an Associate Solicitor to become a member of an established law firm that upholds its reputation for providing exceptional service to its clientele. Title: Associate Family Solicitor
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000
Contract: Full-time permanent
Location: Cambridge
Key Responsibilities of the Associate Family Solicitor:
- Manage a diverse caseload of client matters under appropriate supervision, ensuring work is handled efficiently and effectively
- Deliver high-quality, proactive legal advice tailored to meet client needs and expectations
- Achieve individual fee targets and support team members in meeting theirs
- Efficiently manage time to support the firm's financial systems, including accurate time recording, lock-up, cash flow, profitability, and timely billing
- Cost-effectively provide legal services for both clients and the firm, leveraging technology to optimise performance
- Enhance the firm's standing in the community by developing a strong professional reputation and actively participating in professional and community activities
- Contribute to the firm's marketing efforts through participation in networking events, seminars, and the creation of marketing materials
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Associate Family Solicitor:
- You will have 5+ years PQE in family law or equivalent
- You will be ambitious and driven
- You will have experience supporting senior lawyers with their caseloads while actively building and managing your own client base
