A boutique corporate services firm in Mayfair, London, is looking for a Company Secretarial Administrator to help support its company secretarial team.

Your Role

  • Oversee daily operations for legal entities and support the legal team with corporate responsibilities
  • Prepare and file essential documents with government departments and authorities
  • Draft corporate documents, maintain statutory records and keep secretarial files up-to-date
  • Manage accurate and current Corporate Registers
  • Liaise effectively with international clients, colleagues, advisers and regulatory authorities
  • Handle KYC/Due Diligence documentation and conduct regular reviews
    Arrange for document execution and certification
  • Perform general administrative duties, including managing the firm's corporate management system and filing
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the firm’s goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Around 2-3 years of experience in a UK company secretarial role
  • Ideally CGI qualified, but not a necessity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong command of the English language (written and spoken)
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when required
