Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Litigation Solicitor
Location: Telford Office with flexible remote/home working options
Role: Full-time, 35 hours per week (hybrid flexibility available)
A forward-thinking law firm with multiple offices is seeking a dynamic and experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its team. Serving a robust local, regional and national client base, it offers an excellent career opportunity for a driven professional.
The Role:
This senior position offers a great prospect for an ambitious lawyer with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience).
As a key member of the team, you will:
- Manage your own caseload of complex litigation matters, including contract disputes, director/shareholder disputes, insolvency, fraud and professional negligence
- Oversee a junior litigation solicitor and support staff, ensuring performance targets are met and a high level of service is provided
- Engage in business development and client relationship building
Experience with contentious property matters is preferred, though not essential. The role requires exceptional client-handling abilities, strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Key Requirements:
- Solid track record in managing a variety of medium- to high-value commercial disputes
- Strong MS Office skills – experience with case management software is ideal but not required
- Excellent written, IT and file management skills
- Motivation for business generation and building client relationships
