You are an experienced Compliance Manager with a strong background in law firm compliance, including expertise in GDPR, AML, and accreditations. You will have a deep understanding of legal regulations and experience working within the legal sector, ideally managing compliance frameworks within a law firm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management & GDPR Compliance: Implement and oversee security measures to protect data in line with GDPR regulations.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and the firm’s internal policies and procedures.
- Lexcel Accreditation: Maintain the firm’s Lexcel accreditation and ensure successful completion of annual assessments.
- AML Policies & Procedures: Write and update AML policies and ensure they are in compliance with current legislation.
- Project Management: Lead compliance and operational projects from initiation to completion, ensuring efficiency and compliance at all stages.
