Commercial Associate Solicitor – Southwest
This is an opportunity to join a leading Legal 200 firm’s commercial department at associate level to work closely with a Partner across a range of industry sectors across large corporate entities to SME/OMBs.
Your Experience
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive with relevant commercial law experience
- Ability to manage a varied caseload across a range of client industry sectors
- Experience in business development and ability to build long-lasting client relationships
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate IT contracts, franchise agreements and supporting documents
- Handle general commercial contract drafting and reviews
- Provide advice on IP licensing and related matters
