This is an excellent opportunity for a Catastrophic Injury Senior Associate to join a well-established Claimant personal injury team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be a Grade A or B fee earner with background in the legal field, with a focus on catastrophic injury cases.

Description
As a Catastrophic Injury Senior Associate you will handle a caseload made up of high value multi-track and catastrophic injury claims brain injuries predominately, as well as spinal cord cases and poly trauma. You will be joining a growing and supportive team with substantial experience and long-established reputations in catastrophic injury and your role will involve nurturing and encouraging younger talent in the team as well as developing your own career path with the support of our partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of serious injury claims, subject to partner supervision and in some cases partner led. You will need to exercise good judgment, skill and absolute attention to the client's own needs and future.
- Involvement with charity partners and supporting their aims and fundraising will be encouraged.
- Ensuring excellent client care and outcomes and good organisational skills in file management.
- Maintaining high client satisfaction and good working relationships with referrers, experts and counsel.
- Working in a team environment and developing less-experienced team members.
- Taking responsibility for personal development and CPD training requirements.
Profile
A successful Catastrophic Injury Senior Associate should have a minimum of 6PQE working on serious/catastrophic injury cases. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
