A unique opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+years PQE) to join a team of 8 other fee earners for a medium sized firm in Oxfordshire.
The role will involve significant responsibility and the opportunity to pick up a busy caseload. This is a real opportunity for the right candidate to step into the position of heading up the day-to-day dealings for several of the firm’s mortgage lender clients.
The role will also include some high-net-worth residential property work and private client commercial property work.
Matters include:
• HNW Clients
• Sales and Purchases of commercial property and land for commercial use
• Landlord and Tenant
• Developers
• Option Agreements
• Leases
You will be expected to be able to work independently and you will have access to secretarial support as much as is required.
The firm’s clients include first time buyers to significant landowners and a wealth of the firms work comes from referral and recommendation.
Salary £ market rate + package included Health Cover & Pension.
