Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Residential Property Fee Earner with over three years of experience to join an established team.
Your new role
Your new role will see you manage a varied caseload of residential transactions, such as straightforward sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and equity release. Responsibilities include handling initial enquiries and providing quotations, overseeing client files from inception to completion (including post-completion), managing leasehold properties for both purchasing and selling.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will possess over three years of residential property experience, demonstrating proficiency in managing and progressing a caseload while offering pragmatic advice. You will excel in working both independently and as part of a team, with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
