Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Partner – North Devon

What will you do?

  • Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload (reduced)
  • Manage a small team of up to 5 people
  • If inclined, you can become involved in elements of running a firm to include compliance (not essential)
  • Work alongside the existing team to further enhance the department’s reputation and work flows

What will you need? 

  • To be a qualified residential conveyancing solicitor (Legal Executives & Licensed Conveyancers may be considered)
  • Ideally at least 3 years PQE within residential property law
  • A following or client base is NOT essential for this role
