One of the UK's leading Corporate & Leveraged Finance teams is seeking an experienced Banking solicitor (3 - 6 Years' PQE) to join its office in Aberdeen.

This team specialises in an exciting variety of practice areas ranging from leveraged and acquisition finance to TMT finance (focusing on FinTech), corporate lending and funds finance.

In this role, you will primarily act on lending transactions focusing on FinTech and digital assets, as well as wider corporate and leveraged finance.

With a well-structured team in Aberdeen working in tandem with colleagues in England on debt funding deals for FinTech clients, this role guarantees exposure to some of the highest-quality work in the country.

This team is looking for an individual who is inquisitive, keen to continually learn, personable and thrives in a close-knit team environment.

Prior experience in FinTech related finance isn't a prerequisite, as this team is committed to providing the training and development required for individuals who have a genuine interest in this particular area.

If you are an experienced solicitor in Banking & Finance and are interested in finding more information out regarding pursuing a career in this field, I would love to hear from you. Please do contact Martin McGhee at G2 Legal if you are interested in discussing this further.
