I am helping one of the most exciting and reputable law firms in the country add an experienced commercial litigator to their high-performing team in Birmingham. My client is rated as amongst the best law firms to work for, and enjoys a high quality and complex stream of incoming matters befitting their status.

My client are looking for an ambitious and knowledgeable solicitor to take on a caseload focussed primarily on procurement disputes on behalf of a varied client base including, but not limited to:

  • Government bodies
  • Education Institutions (HEI & SEN focus)
  • Charities
  • Public Sector suppliers

The successful candidate will have a strong demonstrable history of supervising junior colleagues and running high net worth cases. My client regularly deals with cases that are in the public eye, and so the ability to faithfully represent my client in accordance with their exceptional reputation is crucial.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join a firm known for excellent quality of work, excellent culture, and excellent progression opportunities. The intention is for this hire to become an integral part of the team in Birmingham and, in the not too distant future, take their first steps into formal leadership.

Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 depending on experience
