IP Litigation Associate

The Role:

• You will join a collaborative team consisting of two partners, another associate and paralegals
• You will work on a diverse range of contentious IP matters and have the opportunity to support existing clients while contributing to the growth of new business opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload across patent, trademark, design right, and copyright litigation
• Advising on contentious and non-contentious IP matters, including licences and IP audits
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver tailored client solutions
• Conducting legal research and preparing court documents and correspondence
• Engaging in business development initiatives to foster client relationships

What we’re Looking For:

• Newly qualified to 2 years PQE (consideration given to candidates with up to 4/5 years PQE)
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with a practical approach to problem-solving
• Interest or experience in working across a range of scientific and technical topics
• Proactive and professional with excellent client engagement capabilities
