One of Scotland's leading Private Client teams is seeking an Associate (3+ PQE) to join its team in Perth, due to organic growth.
In this role, you will manage a varied high-quality caseload of Wills, Executry Administration (including complex tax paying estates), Tax Planning, Powers of Attorney & Guardianships, Trust Creation and advising clients on all aspects of private client matters.
This broad caseload will help you gain an in-depth knowledge of many of the specialisms within private client law, with a particular focus on rural clients.
STEP qualification is not a prerequisite, however the drive to achieve this qualification with this firm will be well received.
