A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading firm in Oxford. Our client is currently seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its Private Client team.
The firm take a commercial approach and provide practical, solutions-orientated and creative advice. It acts for a broad range of Clients including an array of Nationwide Estates work.
The Private Client department continues to enjoy increasing volumes of work and is Partner led with 5 other Fee-Earners.
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to increase their Legal knowledge in the following areas:
- Drafting of Wills and LPAs including Estate planning
- Tax planning advice including IHT, CGT, and Income Tax for high-net-worth individuals
- Drafting, advising on and administering Trusts
- Administration of Complex Estates
You will have the opportunity to become an expert within a noted Private Client practice and become adept at providing high quality Legal support to your Clients.
You will also possess excellent Legal analysis, drafting, inter-personal and communication skills (verbal and written). Be commercially aware and able to interact effectively with Clients to prioritise their work to fulfil objectives.
