Title: Client Account Specialist
Location: Central London
Hours: 9:30am - 5:30pm
Ryder Reid is seeking a proactive and collaborative Client Account Specialist to join our growing, US law firm client based near Moorgate Station. The Client Account Specialist is responsible for effectively implementing the billing and collection strategy for their designated partners or office/practice groups.
Responsibilities:
Manage the billing and collection process to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment for assigned partners, practice groups, and offices.Monitor aging AR reports, direct follow-ups on underpayments, and take action to ensure invoices are paid on time.Update finance reports daily to maintain quality reporting for Senior Management.Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with billing guidelines and address any billing or collection issues.Coordinate and lead regular meetings with assigned partners, and support Client Account team operations in line with firm policies.Skills & Qualifications:
Billing and/or revenue experience from a global law firm.Proficiency with Aderent, or similar legal finance system.Proactive and take account of workload and responsibilities.Team player with strong communication skills.Due to the high volume of applications, we are not able to respond to all enquiries.
