Interim Paralegal Opportunity - Construction Sector

An exciting interim opportunity has arisen for a skilled paralegal with a strong background in construction matters to join a dynamic legal team on a 3-month contract initially, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Key Details:

• Location: Full-time, 5 days per week in-office.
• Duration: 3 months initially, with a view to permanent placement.
• Focus: Construction law, contract management, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and managing construction and commercial contracts (e., subcontracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties etc).
• Conducting legal research on construction-related matters and staying updated on industry standards.
• Managing project documentation and deadlines, including regulatory approvals and milestones.
• Supporting contract negotiation and risk management under supervision.
• Maintaining organised documentation.

About You:

• Proven experience in construction law or related fields is essential.
• Strong organisational, research, and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, Microsoft Office, and document management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
