Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Woking
This Legal 500 firm in Woking is looking for an NQ Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded and busy team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse range of dispute cases involving contracts, shareholder & partnership agreements, debt recovery, professional negligence and property
- Assist with mediation and arbitration
- Provide support to other Solicitors and Partners with queries on matters and support the growth of Paralegals and Trainees
Requirements:
- An NQ+ Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Proven experience in commercial litigation, with training experience in this area and ideally some pre-qualification experience
